Here you can create unique children’s books where your child becomes the hero of a magical story.
When shopping with us, we want to be completely transparent about who you are buying from and how everything works.

1. Who is behind Magic Pages?

Magic Pages is developed and operated by Shoptech Consulting OU, which provides the technology and artificial intelligence that makes it possible to include your child’s face in the story.

However, the actual sale, production and delivery of the book are handled by:

When you complete a purchase, you are entering into an agreement with Silkefoto ApS.
They receive your payment, print the book, and send it directly to you.

2. How it works

When you place an order:

• You use the Magic Pages platform to create your personalised children’s book.

• Silkefoto ApS receives the order and the necessary information to print and ship the book.

• You will receive your receipt and confirmation emails from Magic Pages on behalf of Silkefoto ApS.

3. Payment

We accept MobilePay and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
Your payment is processed securely by Silkefoto ApS, and the amount will only be charged once your item has been shipped.

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver only within Denmark.

You can choose between:

• Physical delivery via GLS (standard delivery 3–7 business days), or

• Digital delivery (for downloadable products).

If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Right of withdrawal and product errors

Because our books are custom-made and created specifically for your child, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (in accordance with the Danish Consumer Act §18 section 2, no. 3).

However, your satisfaction matters to us:

• If there is an error in the AI-generated images and the results do not match what you expected, please contact us and attach photos of the affected pages. We will provide a replacement book or a full refund.

• If your book was damaged during shipping, we will immediately send you a new one free of charge.

6. Warranty (Right to complain)

As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty period under Danish law.

If your product has defects or other issues, please contact Silkefoto ApS as soon as possible.
You can also reach us through the contact form on the Magic Pages website, and we will make sure your message is forwarded.

Once we receive your claim, we will assess it and agree on the best solution – either a reprint or a refund.

7. Customer service

If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us through the contact form on our website.
We reply on behalf of Silkefoto ApS and will help you quickly and safely.

8. Your data

Magic Pages (Shoptech Consulting OU) handles all personal data securely and in compliance with GDPR.

We only share the necessary information with Silkefoto ApS to ensure that your book can be printed and delivered.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place, and your data will never be used for any purpose other than completing your order.

9. If something goes wrong

If, against expectations, we cannot find a solution together, you have the right to file a complaint as a consumer:
